yes, now I haven’t seen anyone challenge it or try to get a waiver from the SEC yet so we’ll see

Until these kids are placed under contract with their respective school, expect this to occur often. Under the current system or lack thereof, what could stop several players from refusing to play in an upcoming game unless their demand for mor $ is met? Absurd.

I feel like the second a kid jumps in the portal to apply pressure to gain any kind of leverage he should be immediately cut loose just like this.

Coaches and teams HAVE to start drawing some lines.

I was sitting here thinking last night that at some point somebody has to take a stand on this.
If he were on my team he wouldn't play.
I hope none of the major players pick him up and I hope he loses a lot of money.
The next one that does this suffers the same.
Not out of animosity towards the individual but because there needs to be some loyalty and order restored.
These young men (they're not kids) have to learn to put in the work and do the right things to EARN what they get and not just go to the next sandbox.
