Let the Ducks say what they will if the beat API. I would rather listen to them, than my Aubie friends and relatives!

I feel your dilemma. The best I've been able to come up with is Auburn shows to be the better team(puke) even though the score remains close. On the final play of the game Oregon throws a hail-mary pass which is caught for a TD but the receiver is clearly out of bounds. Oregon wins but everyone knows they were not the better team and won a BS call. Thus the post game sentiment is that the SEC team really wasn't proven to be the lesser team. Of course there are many problems with this scenario, (the NC leaves the SEC, no way to account for the absence of instant replay, etc), but it's the best I can come up with.
 
if the the Ducks beat the boogs then everything will have been taken away from au in a year or so. The heisman will be gone, and any other award associated with the NCAA. The only thing the boogs will have left is the SECC. If boogers win, then when all is taken from them they still could claim AP National champs. "Here's to BOOGERS going down in classic fassion!!!" RTR

i gotta go with the ducks on this one i willlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll "never" in my life time pull for auburn but there the last hope for a sec school to win the national championship i could care less....... just hope its not a shotout, and im hearing alot of ppl "barner fans saying that there gonna blow oregon out of the water " i hope its a good game and worth my time to watch it

I expect Auburn will win but not by a blowout. I do however think there is a CHANCE for a blowout- but if a blowout happens it will be Auburn getting blown out.
 
I hope it is Oregon by a blow out but I think Auburn will win. Auburn shouldn't even be in the NC game, it should have been LSU and USCe and LSU in the big game, therefore I refuse to even watch unless it is 1 minute to go and Oregon is up be 21 points.
 
I will never root for the barn I was getting out of my truck last year, and some auburn fan saw I was a bam a fan and says, hookem horns! So sorry goooo ducks!!!!!!!!!!
 
First time since the BCS began that I'm pulling against the SEC champion.

Though I fully expect the Barn to beat the Ducks like a bad habit.
 
I will never understand folks pulling for the SEC. I seem to remember most of them rooting for us to die when the penalties came down. I remember them calling us cheaters and the whole nine. I was disgusted sitting in the Rose Bowl with people chanting SEC. I am an ALABAMA fan. I have friends and family that are Barners,(My cousin played football there too.) but you'll never catch me rooting for them. Ah well, gues I'm just cold-blooded.
 
The "I'm an Alabama fan, not an SEC fan" topic has been discussed to death over the years, and I am torn. I like a lot of the SEC teams. Obviously, the closest second is FAR behind my love for Bama, but I generally enjoy watching college football and watching/attending an SEC game more than any other conference in the country.

That being said, I'll usually pull for an SEC team over any other team of another conference. EXCEPT in this instance. I honestly believe in my heart that whole organization down in Auburn is corrupt to its core and I want nothing favorable to go their way. EVER.

I hope Oregon beats them by ONE POINT. That's all I need ~ just ONE FLIPPIN' POINT. Not too much to ask, I don't think. :)
