Week 4 Opening Lines

I've already jumped all over UF....I think another strange line is FSU -3 at Clemson. I realize Clemson may be a hard place to go play, but FSU impressed me saturday nite, and I personally think they throttle Clemson.

As you mentioned, Clemson has the home field. Plus, a lot of people think FSU may be a little down after their national title aspirations were dashed on Saturday. Then again, Clemson could have the celebration hangover while FSU comes out like wild Indians looking for scalps.

Clemson has gained some new confidence after their win over the barn. braking a 14 game losing streak vs auburn in the process. their TE Allen and WRs will give the FSU secondary fits. Alabama native DJ Howard has turn out to be a fine RB for them as well. how FSU responds after an emotional loss at home will be key on how they will play in Death Valley. btw, I'm not sold on FSU QB Emanuel. too inconsistent.

No kidding. Take the UGA/OM one too. I can't believe the Bama spread.

Good grief, that is a lot of points against Arky. I believe I would have to take Arky, Florida, UGA, and Vandy. I would feel pretty good taking LSU, but I have heard that West Virginia is a tough place to play. I know AU will put up as many points as they can in an attempt to build some confidence back before the big boys start to show up on their schedule, so I would probably leave that game alone even though AU's defense is terrible.

Might be why the who's are only givin' up 5.5...now. At least, according to this line.
Hogs, who's (if the line went over 7 I think I'd take the hillbillies), lizards, OM (upset special), barn (last time I picked them to win, they lost!), and last but not least, the mighty commodores.

I think the spread on LSU is too small. I know they're being punished a bit for their low-scoring traditional offense, but I think they'll beat that spread...

West Virginia is a finesse team. I agree. I don't think the Mountaineers will be able to keep this game close at all.
Too much muscle and speed on that LSU defense and way too physical running the ball on offense.

Aub will score plenty, but no way the d holds enough to cover. I wouldn't touch that BAMA/Ark spread with a 10 ft pole.
