AJ, Costco.com has two three models. The one I have is $300, although the branding is changed. Reebok has one that looks similar for $250. Then, there's one for $1100 that I can't tell the delta in. The last time I looked at Ebay, all of them were higher, because folks had originally paid more for them. The used stores might be better. The frames actually cause MORE pain for about a month, particularly when you first get off the frame. I would think a lot of people would try them, decide it wasn't for them (a lot of people can't tolerate being upside down, also), and put them on the market. You're also in a larger metro area than here...

Lessee, I got divorced, remarried, acquired three new stepchildren, bought two new homes, started a new company. I'm sure there was more, but the 80s are sort of a blur... :D

Never really liked U2 and I don't know why. I like a couple of their songs but not much.

If we're going to talk bands that were in the 80s or started there, then I'll put up my favorite band of all time: the Red Hot Chili Peppers. They started in the 80s and still play a sound that no one else really plays.

Are there any updates?

an update would be great.

I will have to say that even if you dont enjoy there music if you ever get a chance to go to a concert they are putting on do it. Possibly one of the best live groups ever.

I like their bass-player, Flea. S&C ought to look at what he does on stage and add it to the workout program for the RB's!

Rock is all about testosterone...

It makes perfect sense to me. Take some time each night to "decompress" your spine, and use gravity to do it. So you've had some success with this?

For a moment there, I thought you were talking about "decompressing" from my life of the '80s. Yes, it works well. I've gained back about an inch in height, so long as I do it daily. That inch is significant, in terms of taking pressure off my disks. To explain, my problem is all soft tissue and it's hereditary. The average person has around 5" of soft tissue in the spinal column. I've mentioned it to a couple of physical therapists and they approved of it, characterized it as "gentle traction." And, my massage therapist also has one. If you get one without the manual, you need to start out at not completely vertical; think like around 4:00 - 4:30. Also make sure you have it balanced (they're adjustable) so you can return to upright easily. Start with five minutes and you can work up to around ten minutes twice a day.

I'm gonna get back to talking about kickin' you in the giggle-berries next time we're both in H'ville if you don't watch it. I was reaching for a good quote from "Heaven Help Us" or something, there, but I couldn't think of one.
