My overall goal is to get down to 10% body fat and be in better shape at 50 than I was at 25. But at 165 lbs I'm a little small for RT.Congratulations on your hard work paying off. What is your overall goal?
Also, Can you be ready to play at RT?

That's a MAN there. Even if he did play for the enemy.
CNS expects all running backs to run a minute in 57 seconds flat.
Do I detect a touch of man love in this thread?
You are correct - just checked it out. The caliper tests and other measures are far more accurate, and do produce real body fat ratios. From the info offered on the CDC.gov website, BMI is only meant as an indicator. To get a real measurement of body fat, one must see a professional (or buy calipers and have someone teach you how and where to measure yourself).
That doesn't change the discussion of AS' obesity, but it does prove Earle's point that BMI should not be used to determine obesity...
Yes, I believe he played hoops at Vandy.
I agree, also. As quick as he is now, just think what he would be like slimmed down. Whomever he was blocking, would be on his back a lot quicker! The BMI is very flawed. According to it Michael Jordan was "overweight" at the peak of his career. I'm also considered overweight by the BMI, but I often get teased by friends for being skinny. If you are fit and have much muscle mass at all it just doesn't work.
With that said, nobody can deny that Andre needs to drop a few pounds. Hopefully Saban can provide the motivation.
I don't consider Vandy the enemy, exactly. Nash played Center for UcheaT 1979-1980 time frame
.

they have a bodpod at UA, brought there by a swedish prof whose name i can't remember 6 or 7 years ago. i would hope that, if it's still around, the athletics folks use it for the most accurate body composition analyses.
There are many men weighing 310-330 who are not obese.

Wrestled at 308-318 and was pretty darned agile.

This guy is over 300 where is the fat? Obese does mean increased body weight caused by excessive accumulation of fat.
