Somehow, I remember seeing this band/video on MTV back in the mid-80s. I never knew what a cult following that Cardiacs has gained over the years. Numerous bands and artists have been influenced by Tim Smith's machinations.

This is probably the most radio-friendly song they ever did. Most of their stuff is out there, experimental, and quite good. As is this one.

Saw them in concert in the early 70's at the Jacksonville Coliseum.

My buddy Danny went with me and we took our surfboards and surfed the North Jetty and Mayport while there. Stayed overnight at my Aunt and Uncle's.

It was awesome!
