That sounds good. I know that the time off may bother you because of the not exercising but in the long run it will be better for you.

Feeling tons better. Walking with no limp at all. Zero pain. Still giving myself a couple more days before I try doing anything.

My next challenge will be hiking Panther Creek Falls.
