When we lose and we will lose...

at some point, do we as fans sit and blame the loss on this person or that person, the coaches or weather or heaven forbid the officiating. Do we ever consider the fact that the other team was trying as hard as we were to win the game and that perhaps they got or made their breaks on the field. This Bama team has gone 20-0 during the regular season so far and the teams they have lost to out side the regular season were not exactly chumps. They have done so with extraordinary grit and determination, they have suffered through hardships that would fall most other teams yet they keep playing until the end. I am proud of this and all Alabama teams because I know the men who don the Crimson & White give their all and that there are days when others just want it more because we are who we are the best we are the Alabama Crimson Tide!

It could be that this happens because we play loose, as the title of this thread suggests. Loose play is sloppy play, and causes teams to lose, yes.

Certainly we'll lose. This year... next year... it'll happen. When that fateful day happens in BDS, my fervent hope is that Bama fans applaud the players for giving great effort. No derisive sounds, just applause. Imagine the classy image that would leave with players, coaches, fans, and recruits.
