Early-to-mid 50's is too old to be considered?I'm hoping he feels warmly towards the Bama program and has enjoyed living in Tuscaloosa and working under Saban. With all the love the Bama fans have shown him, it would be nice if it was mutual. (I know, I'm living in a dream world, and need to accept how things are these days.)
Someone mentioned Ben Pollard upstream. There was a coach who loved coaching at Bama and was proud of it. I was sorry when he wasn't retained after Fran left. He's kind of old to be considered now, in my opinion.
