The real question is "does she know that 2/3 of both Houses of Congress and 3/4 of the state legislatures" have to agree with that? Or will she just do it with a Presidential Decree? Or maybe an Executive Order, like her boss does now?

White privilege??? Is she really this stupid or pandering for votes? I am a white male who has put two kids through college (UA) on MY dime. No loans, no handouts, nothing. I travel every year over 100,000 air miles and spend 75-100 nights yearly on the road to support my family. Yep, that's my white privilege. SMH, what an idiot!
