As I was saying in the other thread, it looks like the frustration from our defense came from continual cut blocking by UW.

Dooger needs to watch the game next time:

Have no problem with officials. I think Bama did not play with poise today....way too many penalties. If we play like that next game we will be 14-1 for season and ranked someplace other than #1. Very sloppy play on offense. Glad to win. Thank goodness for our defense. Our DC is better than their OC!!

That's my concern is that last year our offense seemed to get better toward the end, but this year our offense seems to keep getting worse. I hope they have a better performance for the next game.

Well, that was fun! Hurts' freshman status showed tonight. Not criticizing as he was playing H.S. football last year. Most importantly, he never appeared to get flustered which could have resulted in critical TO's. Great performance tonight. Onward and upward!
