Watching this does not make me miss Kirby calling our D vs. a spread/HUNH offense. Pruitt has shored that up. With Clemson being the outlier here. That was as much on our O not converting 3rd downs as our D. I will miss his aggressive style.

I kinda expected this game to go like this. Baker Mayfield is lighting the Dawgs up.

Roquan screwed that one up. When you're the last, outside defender then an eligible back running to your side out of the backfield is your responsibility, which includes the QB. You've got help to the inside and no one is behind you.

It reminded me of when Evans came in against UF last year for Hamilton and promptly blew his assignment. I was screaming at the tv on the toss. Could see it a MILE away. Then again, I’m beginning to think I’ve watched more OU tape than UGA.

Real deal offense right there, you have to pressure mayfield and have strict discipline within your coverages. All these routes he’s hitting, he’s got little/no pressure. And this zone stuff isn’t working for coverage because they’re running slants and posts, and those tough seam routes. First and foremost you hit the QB in the mouth a little bit so he respects the d line.

Well for one, I'd say GA is getting zero pressure so their wr are breaking open.

With those LBs? Man I’m not so sure. If there is one area you can’t have weak against Bama it’s the LBs and Safeties. OU would’ve coughed up at least 2 looooong TDs against DH. They caught Chubb. They wouldn’t catch DH.

We’ve got enough on our plate tonight.

Not to be snarky, but if you run the ball, convert on 3rd down, and keep them off the field.

Easier said than done. Especially for one team that we know..........
