The fact Biden is asking for any record to be released is a strong move. I don't believe he makes it if he is concerned at all. Of course the spin will go back to the deep state changing the complaint to keep his campaign alive.
He and his people are comfortable standing their ground on that one precisely because the complaint likely does not exist. I'm sure the vetting he received prior to running with Obama would have smoked it out.
With all the slime the right dumped on Obama and Biden for eight long years we are supposed to think somehow they overlooked this? And they are just now stumbling across it soon as Biden gets the nomination?

Welcome to politics. Everyone at NBC knew about the Billy Bush tape and the Democrats waited until just the right time to leak that to the press. I don't believe Biden but at the same time I don't really think we should be judging people for behavior 30 years ago. The world is a lot different than it was then. It doesn't appear this was a pattern with Biden (unlike Trump) so maybe he realized it was wrong and not the way to seduce a woman so he changed. Now he just gets his jollies sniffing women's hair. It's all good.
Well Trump also had far more accusations that were already public, and the Trump University scandal at the time. So holding onto the Billy Bush thing would probably be more beneficial to the left than just have everything all at once. As most of the 2016 election showed (both sides) that most Americans cant focus on more than one thing at a time.
Not completely, but again I cant mostly believe Reade due to her bizarre habits, opinions, and changes of events.
Well there are certain instances in which we should. Roy Moore was one of them. Reason being is that most of the women who came forward weren't quiet for years like he claimed. I remember hearing about his misdeeds well before the senatorial election, but it really took the national media to get interested before their stories were heard because they were drowned out by extreme anti abortionists and ultra right wing media that infects this state.
The reality is that we are in a different day and time. 2-3 decades ago -- and prior -- the mindset was "boys will be boys." I'm not saying that is good or moral, but that was the mindset in the corporate and political worlds of power and influence. Today is a different world, a different scale is used and a different mindset prevails. Is it fair to judge acts of yesteryear by todays standards? Do we draw the proverbial line in the sand and say we only go back to ???I'm not totally sold on either option.
Most (not all) corporate leaders and politicians as old as JB and DJT have closets with ghosts inhabiting them. The Dems are lucky that DJT cannot use this issue in any shape or form...

you guys are calling out the Hypocrisy of the left for not metoo'ing Biden.
but what about your own hypocrisy? Is what Biden did actually bad? Should he be removed from the ballot? What do y'all think we should do here? Before you answer please remember we have Trump on audio admitting to exactly what Biden is accused of and several women who have accused Trump of this as well. Y'all did exactly nothing to Trump for all this, hell it seemed to increase his popularity. So is what Biden may have done actually bad? It definitely is to me, what about you?

Why would the Democrats need to destroy Tara Reade? It seems like she has done a good job of destroying Tara Reade herself.
Because they can't say believe all women if there is a woman that must not be believed. Their presumption of good vs evil becomes uncomfortable.
If you tried to pretend you were for believe all women when it fit your ideology, but it has now become uncomfortable, some self-examination may be in order.
