With the exception of the int, I thought Milroe did great. 17 of 21 for 225 yds. That's 80.9% completion. 1 touchdown. He'll keep getting better.

D was pretty good in the first half aside from those two early busts but was downright nasty in 2nd half.

OL finally started pushing someone around a bit. Maybe Ole Myth isn’t great but Jess did give them their DL the edge over our OL and I typically trust his eye more than just about anyone so I’ll take it.

Horribly untimely penalties have become almost systemic—gotta fix that. Overall RTR!

Teams rarely sneak on first down even close to goal line. They usually run it once or twice then there last resort is about sneak because you don’t like the quarterback getting hit or legs and ankles getting pulled.

A QB sneak not putting the QB in shotgun. TR left me scratching my head after that one.

For me, QB sneak must be under center to be considered a QB sneak. This physically forces the QB to get low.
Anyway, we know from later in the game that QB sneak under center is in the play book. If I'm Coach Saban and I hear anything other than "QB sneak," I call timeout and tell the OC, "If you ever make a call that dumb again, you're fired. Now what was the play again?"
