Maybe so, but it just felt like we were attacking instead of reactingMichigan's defensive front was better.
He'd probably be better on a different teamHe does what he does well. No he isn’t a Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes but tonight he was the quarterback with the best day.
Seems similar to Carson BeckHe'd probably be better on a different team
Michigan was doing the attacking. Often bringing more than we could block.Maybe so, but it just felt like we were attacking instead of reacting
I agree with this. It’s puzzling to me why UGA didn’t pressure us more. Our OL looked great partly because of the scheme Georgia ran against us.A lot of it was also because Georgia went with a double spy and didn’t rush at Milroe near as much as Michigan. Texas laid the blue print but Georgia went away from it.
I also believe we just had a day where we could do no wrong on the o line that day. Sometimes it just works out that way.
Well Milroe isn’t illusive either. He is fast but not illusive.
I think anyone comparing him to Lamar really doesn’t understand the difference between the two. It’s like the dumb Vince Young comparisons.
Milroe is a running back that has a big arm. He really needs to learn how to read if he is ever going to be something better. He could do it but it’s something he has to put in the time to do it. I’m just not sold that he can be Penix or Lamar.
BoB has forgotten more about football than we know. He thinks Milroe isn’t a QB. Argue with him if you want to. I’m hoping Sayin or Lonergan looks great, and Saban isn’t too stubborn to play somebody else next year.
With all due respect, Lamar also doesn’t have any championships to his name. And I would bet he doesn’t win one this year, also.
Guys, there’s a reason why the Brady’s, Montana’s, Manning’s, and even Mahomes’ win the rings. Tneh can read and process defenses and are able to make an accurate THROW….
For the great QB’s, running is the last resort, not the first. It’s what makes them so difficult to defend.
If our O line played Michigan like they played Georgia, we would be celebrating now instead of Googling how to spell Wolford
Saban is very loyal. Milroe will be the QB next year regardless.
I get it. I know there is loyalty and precedence.
But we didn't recruit Sayin to sit on the bench if the guy in front of him can't run the offense.
His strengths aren't worth two or three dynamic plays a game if it leaves 90% of what the offense is designed to do off the table.
If CNS can't see how this season was a season of offensive instability and do something to fix it, he's blinded by loyalty.
We literally had to retool the whole offense just to avoid having two or three losses the last half of the season. To CTR's credit he made a lot of chicken salad this year with what he had to work with.
But with all the talent we've recruited, this offense ought to be the finest of steak dinners.
Being honest, the best thing that could happen for Alabama would be Milroe leaving for the draft. If he stays, he has to win the job or the locker room will be destroyed, and that is no way to run a team.I don’t think Sayin will get a chance unless Milroe struggles. Milroe has the team.

If he's not willing to change...100%!Being honest, the best thing that could happen for Alabama would be Milroe leaving for the draft.
