I don’t now if it is appropriate to show but Iranian LEGO propaganda videos are pretty next level. Apparently Trump is irate with the one blaming this on his relationship with Epstein.

According to sources, Trump had initially requested that the Pentagon solve the problem by issuing soldiers hoverboards like in Back to the Future Part II. "Trump was very insistent," said an aide on condition of anonymity. "He demanded to know why we didn't have hoverboards if they were around thirty years ago and Michael J. Fox rode one. It was a difficult conversation."

Yes, and NFL commissioner Pete Rozelle promised him a New York football franchise (the 3rd mind you) in 1984 if only Trump would stop Roy Cohn from bringing an antitrust lawsuit.

The commissioner, possibly the best an American sport has ever had, was apparently unaware of the rules of his own league that require the approval of 21 of the league’s 28 owners to grant ownership to anyone. And no doubt the 28 owners in 1984 - at a time money was tight - wanted to divide their shrinking revenue (at the time) with 2 more owners. (For a stark example - compare the revenues of the time frame for Bum Bright’s ownership of the Cowboys with what the success of the league provided Jerry Jones).

Instead, Rozelle tried to buy off Trump with the promise of a franchise he never had the power to give.

Or maybe Trump was just lying.

After visiting the front at Fredericksburg and seeing the carnage, President Lincoln said, "If there is a worse place than hell, I am in it."
I wonder when Trump will experience that level of regret, but I doubt he ever gets there.
As they say, "No brain, no pain."

Lincoln had great empathy for his fellow humans. The war aged him greatly and he felt the suffering on both sides and had many regrets.

I would wager that Trump is a complete sociopath, no empathy and no conscience. I'll grant that is a leap given I've never met the man, but his actions indicate profound deficits. And we seem to have an epidemic of such in our nation.

Only an utter sociopath would want this job in the first place. The lone exception I can think of would be Biden and that’s only because he seemingly had no idea what was really happening. Trump, Obama, Bush and Clinton were all demonstrable sociopaths.

and it endears him to a whole lot of people for some reason

Vance suggests Iran could have used nuclear suicide vests: “You talk about people who walk into a crowded supermarket and have a vest on, and they blow up the vest and a couple of people get killed, and that's a terrible tragedy. What happens when what's on the vest is not something that can kill a couple of people, but can kill many, many tens of thousands of people?”

How are we supposed to take anyone in this administration seriously?

Quite honestly I’m beginning to see Bernie in a different light and a missed opportunity for some real change

His remarks today about our not needing the Straits and going on about how we produce enough of our own oil prove he not only doesn't understand the war, he doesn't understand the world oil market. He apparently doesn't know we don't burn what we produce, we sell it on the world market, and import a lower grade. He doesn't understand that anything which affects a part of the oil market affects all of the oil market, including our gas pumps...

I beginning to see why Mattis and Kelly resigned in his first administration. This time around he surrounded himself with donkeys who won’t stop him from his worst impulses.

I’ve said it many times, you can’t rely on Israel and the Gulf States to solve a crisis in the Persian Gulf. Israel has no intention of doing it because the more destruction that happens the more valuable their gas fields are and the Gulf States are too pampered to fight Iran. So my question is why are we surprised that a missile exchange war is going badly for us?

Also there is news that we have ran low on missile interceptors so bad that we are taking them out of South Korea to defend interests in the Persian Gulf.
