Its looking like we are going to have an all-star coaching staff! This is insane! I'm only worried that theyll all be so good that theyll be able to get HC jobs somewhere else within a year or two.

I can see why coaches want to come on board after seeing the quality of coaches Coach Saban has already gotten to join the TEAM. They will have a tremendous opportunity to make a name for themselves.

That will be a pleasant change from having a coaching staff nobody else wants. We will be paying this staff big bucks so to go somewhere else they will have to offer big or bigger bucks.

Yep, I've read that Coach Ball was released today. I don't know much about Smart--do we see him as an upgrade?
