But I can remember sitting in front of the television watching Bama Vs. Ole Miss back in 1992--and we almost lost that one, too.:eek2:

There were a few games we almost blew back then but nobody seems to remember them b/c we did win the national championship.

I think if we keep winning--no matter HOW we win (and sure--we would ALL love to dominate every game- don't get me wrong)--it's good.
Remember this is just Saban's second year and nobody thought we would be sitting where we are right now.

I'm happy with the wins. It's frustrating when they seem to stall--but I'll keep my support for them at 100% and keep my cussing to a minimum (well, today it was fairly bad...)....but Roll Tide and get well soon, Cody. Hope this will be a minor injury and he'll be back to take on the Vols next Sat.

Amen mine was a lil off the charts to.. I been with BAMA through thick and thin and Im not giving up on them now.. Think they just need a little bit of reality and I hope this was it. I hope they go and Play FOUR quarters next week and Dust PHAT PHILS hinny....ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!

Kickoff cover team better figure something out and fast. Why can't Alabama get a kicker that can kick it out of the endzone? We can kick a 60 yard field goal but we can't kick the ball 70 yards with a running go? Color me confused.

Florida didn't have their best day against OM and lost. I'm glad we won.

We played a lot of zone defense today. I wonder why we went away from the cover two...

Probably all the formations they were throwing at us. Nick even commented after the game how, even though we prepared a great deal for the wildcat O, they STILL showed a lot of looks that we did NOT anticipate.

My point is that the voters will not know or care that they struggled for a while if they win by 3 TDs. They see Michigan as MICHIGAN, and a blowout win over them (after losing 9 in a row to them) will get them some notice...

I have a feeling that special teams coach will feel some more heat after this game. CNS just said he knew ( as did I) that they were faking that field goal. He blamed that play on changing the momentum of the game.

Whew ! What a nail-biter. But, it kinda reminds me of '92..... win some close, win some ugly. We move to 7-0. I wanna win them all, but let's be honest, this has been a great year so far, and it can only get better.

Penn St. struggled with a team much worse than Ol Miss.

USC (although maybe they are a good team, they lost one already. "But they are still a good team", Ok, let's just give them the championship every year and forget about playing.)

Same here. When the announcers gave player of the game to Sneed, I was yelling at the TV, "What about Kareem?".

Now that we've beaten them, they will go ahead and stink it up the rest of the way.
