Yeah. Hopefully it will serve as a spark plug for us. Usually when you win a game like this you start to get on a roll.

rewatch it and take 1 shot for every at bat when we have a runner at 2nd and don’t score, take 2 shots for every time we score, and 3 shots for every extra innings hit.

Yep. It makes you kinda wish there was a way to assign a winning pitcher. Because Webb really doesn’t deserve it. Had he covered home then I would say “well okay he gave up two-three runs” but it just looked like really bad baseball.

I’m very happy we got the win in extras, I’m happy Acuna is alright, but there are some serious managerial and back office problems that needs to be fixed if this team wants to play in October. I think our bats and starting pitching will click at some point, but we can’t just keep killing ourselves from the bench and desk.

It didn’t go far and Bryce was right there

But they threw home, he should have been on second, IMO. Of course they would throw home to prevent the tie. Then Max’s bunt would have had him at third. Maybe I’m wrong but, he should have kept running IMO.

I watched it again, and what happened was that the ball hit the dugout bump and immediately bounced right back to the 1st baseman. If Adrianza tried to move then he was going to have to beat out Realmuto's throwdown with a small headstart at best. So more or less, he couldnt move. Its at the 8:05 mark in the video above.
