I think I remember it from the Bad News Bears movie where they were chanting "Let them play!"
I remember taking the “Astrodome tour” as a kid in the early 1970’s. And Alabama playing Oklahoma to a 24-24 tie in the 1970 “Astro Bluebonnet Bowl”.

Millian was really good. I saw him play. Joe Torre was on the 68 team as well.

Harris County and Houston renovated the Astrodome in the late '80s to add seats across the outfield and removed the display. That was designed to keep the Oilers happy so they wouldn't move to Jacksonville. It worked so well that they moved to Nashville a few years later!

I saw Steve McNair and Eddie George at Dave and Busters after the move to Nashville was announced. They were questioning if the women in Nashville had a full set of teeth. They weren't happy about the move.

cowards

This makes absolutely no sense. Why would Abreu have chosen to hit Garcia given the situation? I've seen a lot of batters get plunked the next time the teams meet in the regular season, but never in this crucial a situation.

I am not looking forward to another Houston/Philly world series BUT seeing the Phillies lose two straight world series will be entertaining. On the flip side, the Astros continue to win annoys the bejesus out of me, especially since 2017 should have be stripped.

I want to go on the record that not only do I not think that Abreu threw at him intentionally the other night, but even if he did, this suspension like the suspensions that were handed out for Burt Campaneris in 1972 or for Roberto Alamar in 1996, should have nothing at all to do with the postseason.
