They haven't. I screenshotted his 247 profile a few weeks ago, so I'd know when it changed. He did get a sizeable bump on their composite rating, and is now a 5* there. I don't really know how that is calculated, because I don't think any service has him as a 5* yet.
Regarding On3 Composite rankings shown below are current commitments and strong targets in their top 50 which could lead to 5* status and the top 32 are currently 5*'s. Not sure we will get all the of the targets but if we did it would currently be 10 of the top 52 prospect (* = Bama leans).

The On3 player profiles details the rankings for On3, 247, Rivals and ESPN. If you are on the verge of being a 5* on all four services and others that are a 5* on one service but ranked over 100 on the others the player that is a high ranked 4* on all can be a "composite 5*" since his combined scores from each service are better than the combined score of the player that is a 5* on one service. Hope that made sense.
It's like Jackson Lloyd right now. He is a 5* currently on On3 but he is #88 on the On3 Composite since the other services don't have him as highly ranked.
Have you heard anything about IOL Lamar Brown? Bama seems to be on his long list.
I’d be very surprised if we’d pick another OL besides Haywood. Not that many roster spots.

Speaking of 26, there is a WR in California that says he grew up watching Bama. Brandon Arrington is going to be special. Ran a 10.27 100 meter already at 6' 3", 180 lbs. He just runs off and leaves people.

Justin Hill is currently at 51 and I believe Michael Carroll and maybe Jackson Lloyd end up in the top 50.
