BREAKING 5* RB Ezavier Crowell commits to Bama

  • Hi Guest, we are working on updating the site servers and software. We're also 'forcing' everyone to read and agree to our site privacy policy and terms of service. There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. You can just click the checkbox for both and continue using the site as usual! We'll update you more on the site upgrades VERY soon! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS for supporting the site and being an active participant!

I think he deserved his on thread. Thanks to the posters that broke the news before! Roll Tide!
As he should, he's the #1 RB in this class no matter what the other sites ranked him. To make his standings more remarkable is that he reclassified for the 2026 class!!
Furthermore, make no mistake the fact that #1 RB is an in state kid makes it much more special!
The last highly rated in state back was TJ Yeldon if I recalled.
Correction * Keven Riley was our last highly rated in state back , he was in the 2025 class and a Top 10 back.

Jackson is poised for a repeat this year. Seriously talented kids. I'm originally from Coffeeville so been loving seeing their success in both football and basketball. Welcome to the Cspstone and Roll Tide!!!
High school football fans would do well to take a few Fridays and check out every team on Hwy 43 in Marengo and Clarke counties. Demopolis, Linden, Sweet Water, Thomasville, Jackson, Leroy.....it doesn't get better than that.

He absolutely could be RB2 next season if he picks up pass blocking. Probably the most gifted runner out of our bunch.
Aside from Riley, he happens to be an Alabama native which is rare since all the great backs in the Saban era are from out of state .Yeldon was the last in state stud. Brian Robinson was solid not elite in college, but he's having a good NFL career thus far.

Demopolis has been down for a while now. Sweet Water is having probably their worst season in decades. Thomasville isn't very good this year. Linden is bad as well. Jackson is the most talented team from 5A down but will probably not win it this year due to all the distractions and some injuries.

I'll add Clarke County to the mix of teams in that area that is usually good.

But to your point, there is some very good football usually played in that area.

RB room next year going to have some serious young talent. We may lose 1-2 to portal (Young is gone IMO) and Jam gone to NFL and Washington out of eligibility.

Kevin Riley
Daniel Hill
AK Dear (look out for him, #2 RB coming out of HS)
Exavier Crowell - incoming
Javari Barnett - incoming
