Last I heard " questionable " for Florida. That`s better than definitely " out ". If that`s still the case, probably a sprain or bad bruise?

"Update on Will Anderson: Hearing tonight he suffered a knee hyper extension…Will be interesting to see how long he is out…Not considered serious but questionable for Florida would probably be a good term…Should know later in the week how he’s feeling & his availability at UF " Per Drew on Twitter.

He should be okay. We'll know by Wednesday night or Thursday.

People keep talking about what type of QB beats Bama. Running QBs give us trouble, but only if they are equally good passers.

UF doesn’t have that. And our secondary is strong.
We have beaten lots of running QBs—We are built now to handle them. We can still be beaten by a good team with a good QB and a good game plan who gets some breaks.

OK…..you’re touching on something that galls me no end.

All the talking heads do in fact prattle on about how a running QB who can throw, and plays his career-best game, can give us fits.

And they’re right.

But that set of circumstances:
- Running QB
- Who can pass, and
- Who has the best game of his career
gives fits to all 130 or so major college schools.

IOW, it’s kind of like (cue deeply inflected announcer’s voice), “Folks, something you should know….[dramatic pause]….any time a team scores more points than Alabama, they always win.”

Despite the tone that they take — like it’s wisdom handed down on tablets from Mt. Sinai — the observation is so obviously and universally true that it’s moot.

And on top of that in those games Bama has lost to those otherworldly performances by an opposing QB, Bama has gifted those teams points and turnovers that would make Richie Rich gush exuberantly on Christmas morning!! ;)

The Oline guy did go low but looked like he was trying to block and Anderson was just too quick so he hit the knee instead of the thigh where I thought he was "aiming" for. But, who knows? You could be right about it being on purpose.

Regardless of intent, it's a wuss way to 'block' and should be banned.
