Apology

If the coaching staff gets their feelings hurt because of a lack of fan support, especially during the brutal coaching carousel, they have my sympathy.

It must be tough not knowing if you are going to keep your job, or maybe get your pay doubled to keep working the same job.

The coaches expect fan loyalty.

The fans know better than to expect loyalty from coaches.
Game. Set. Match.

Honey, I've got patients from all walks of life coming in here. Had to throw one out this morning though. Refused to sign my Substance Abuse/Controlled Substances Policy. As a matter of fact, he WAS wearing a football jersey (not Alabama!). Oh well....I'm sure he'll find some other doc to essentially be his dealer...sure as heck won't be me! :)

Yeah - no doubt he/she will find a doc to satisfy their need. It's really sad, isn't it?:conf3:

I need a mod to rule on this- somewhere in the bylaws and ToS doesnt a sentence like that call for an immediate ban?

Haha! Nice.

To me, there are more important things than football, but not much else. I love football a whole lot more than I love video games, and just for the record, I love games more than most things in the world. (Obviously not including people, pets, God, and other very important things) Football is "reality" so we don't need reality checks when we get too emotional over it. It's real, not a video game or anything like that. Sure, it's a "game" but it's not an unreal game. It's a real game. There's a huge difference.

I think we could have been a lot more loyal this season and voted for the guys at UA. There were plenty of people there that were deserving of some of these awards. We didn't have the kind of season I wanted, but I expected a 9 or 10 win season. No one repeats as national champions. That's very rare.
I want to go to UA and hopefully play football under CNS. That's kind of my big dream but I think it can happen.

Roll Tide! :BigA:

You haven't been here long enough to know my sense of humor. Those of us who moderate this board have to work very hard to hold on to ours - repeatedly - every day. Sometimes we fail. And I wasn't necessarily talking to the OP in particular, but reminding ALL of us that keeping our feelings in check will serve us better, far longer, on this board than venting on the board.

We the unwilling led by the unknowing are here to do the impossible.

We the unwilling led by the unknowing are here to do the impossible.

And you guys ALWAYS do an AWESOME job of it too!!!

BTW - No apology necessary, I feel the same, just don't vent about it becuase it's not something that is within my control. The one thing we ALL should learn in life is to WORRY about the things we CAN control and everything else is in God's hands!!! That should actually be the 2nd GOLDEN RULE!!
