It's not really surprising. They started the mess with T-town Menswear last summer by constantly emailing pictures to that hack Clay Travis. They did the same trying to start something over Trent Richardson's ride. Even to the point of manipulating documents. They won't to harp on about what one individual did in the Harvey Updyke case, but fail to see the hypocrisy of several individuals being involved with "Operation Reddog", or whatever it's being called.

Operation Reddog?! Do tell...

Yup, posing as Alabama boosters in an attempt to give Alabama recruits illegal benefits. Stay classy, barners.
All's fair in love and war, right? After all, aren't we all out there poisoning trees and stuff? As a matter of fact, I just laid down a whole bag of rock salt all over my barner neighbor's lawn this morning.

Id just love to know exactly what the boogs really did to Brent Calloway and Cyrus Kouandjio
and what they said.

I have no inside info or contacts, but I do know that it's easy to get a high school kid in a really compromising situation, perhaps wildly out of context, then threaten to tell his family and others he did something bad if he doesn't do what you want. The info that was made public sure smelled like that sort of thing to me. Pure speculation based on Trooper's earlier rumored history.

I do know that the AU recruiting tactics tend to get you the sort of kids who rob trailers and violate enough rules to have to transfer to Arkansas State. Raw talent is just one piece of the puzzle.

You're hitting close. They are unbelievably sleazy in what they'll try...
