It's when the receivers run routes that intentionally cause the DBs to alter their coverage due to running into or near each other.

That line was funny for two reasons. The SEC has always been a line of scrimmage league. , also he said that as Dylan Thompson throws a 50 yard touchdown pass in a game that has 350 yards of offense in a little over a quarter. Not much happening at the line of scrimmage.
