Its engagement farming from hayes. Sometimes it means he's gotten news about a commitment sometimes....he's fishing for likes. Fwiw he gets news on everything directly from players so it's impossible to know when it's real or not.

I think this was related to Branch/Tennessee and remember Games are tmw and Wednesday so after the game you'll hear names entering the portal. Some Alabama, some Georgia/Texas, who knows?

Yeah, we have another week to sweat out transfers, you keep hearing that one big one with a new team mentioned. I hate this new style of college. I get it, if they don’t want to be here, but at the same time it would be nice to hold on to star players. Maybe Jalen Milroe is transferring to Oregon?😎

Current portal is already closed to Alabama players. Milroe cannot transfer to Oregon till Spring portal window. Of course, he will be going to the draft anyway.

Key exceptions to the deadline

For instance, players in Jan. 1 bowl games have until Jan. 6, while those in the Jan. 20 national championship game have until Jan. 25.

Additionally, players impacted by a head coaching change receive a 30-day window to enter the portal immediately following the coaching change.


Milroe isn't transferring. He's gone to NFL.
