****Bama vs. Hogs Postgame Headache Thread****

Perhaps most alarming to me is the total inability to run the ball between the tackles. No wait, it would be the fumbles. No wait, the dumb penalties. No wait....

***going to take a nap now***

Sometimes you just have to win in an UGLY fashion.

I don't think it could be uglier!

However, I will take it. It was so ugly that it was beautiful, but HEART stopping!

I feel like there is truth in this post, but I think they grew up a lot in the 4th quarter tonight. The team was facing down the barrel of a loaded .45 and took it to em. Defense came through time and time again. Champion caliber defense in the later half of the game. Offense has GOT to get it together and QUICK, we have a hungry A&M team next week!

Did anyone else see the leadership from Blake sims!? I think he's doing a good job. He didn't have a good game, but in those final few possessions he was in the lines face and calming them down. He dun good.
we could've easily rolled over and lost tonight. we didn't

I think it's a combination of them all..Bozeman grew up tonight & wil get better with more reps at C & as that happens our O-Line will gel around him..Until Kelly gets back anyways..
Honest question, did the lack of line play cause Blake's sub par performance? If so, is this injury related? If not, is he the answer? I'm still in his corner but he ain't makin it easy.

And as far as the return team...***?

Sometimes I overlook the importance of Kirby. I was very down on the D the past 2 seasons but they won this game. We will see how they fair next week against a HUNH team.

I am not going to go into the details of this game cause all of you saw the same game I did. This was one of the most uninspired Alabama teams I have seen since the Dubose era. Fortunately for us we played a team that was absolutely pitiful, by far maybe the worst team in the SEC. We will lose to MSU and auburn, hopefully being at home we won't get embarrassed. I am not sure if we can beat TAMU or not but seeing how they have zero defense we could scrape by. As for UT and LSU, these games could go either way.

Call me sky is falling or whatever you want, but this is not a good team and right now we better hope we can finish 8-4.

UT 2009 redux - last time Tide had a game decided by a blocked kick. Kiffin was on the good guys' side this time, but sure didn't contribute much to the win that was tangible anyhow.

I really do think Arkansas is much improved, but we were our own worst enemy tonight. I'm not sure how many we'll win or lose but we have a lot of areas to work on. Glad to get out of town with the W. Roll Tide!

Saban was letting us know back in January when he said something about treating it like starting all over in 2007 because that is the kind of team we've got.
