****Bama vs. MSU Postgame Thread****

Roll Tide Roll from a cold and snowy south bend. The night couldn't be much better. Lot of good happening, and it was hilarious watching the Irish meltdown live and in person. Favorite moment of the night was when the scoreboard showed the first bama TD, I yelled out a Roll Tide. I got several dirty looks, and a few grumbles. It was a lot of fun

State fans are crazy. Talking about the reversed fumble by Henry: it was a TD but there wasn't enough conclusive evidence that it was a TD so it shouldn't have been called a TD.

Love Jerry Kill and so sorry they didn't win.

The TD looked obvious with the first couple of replays but I was afraid that there wasn't a good enough camera angle to overturn. Then a replay was shown looking across the field even with the goal line and I KNEW the call would be changed to a TD.

Does anyone notice the MSU game plan... just keep giving the ball to Dak, and it didn't work... You would think they were going to make some adjustment?
They played about as well as they could. They weren't winning this game unless we had a bunch of self inflicted wounds (fumbles, missed field goals, muffed punt)..

The turnovers did determine this game. Glad we were the recipient of them. I know it is gilding the lily, but it would be nice to reduce the number of 15 yard penalties for facemasks and unsportsmanlike conduct. Those things are lethal.

True. We played as good as you can on defense. Just had a few misses on 3rd and 4th downs that set up their scores.

But if you would have said that MSU got down to the red zone that many times...you would think they would win the game. We really came up big in the red zone.

Just very proud of the guys, State is a great team, possibly a top 4. DL played another spectacular game, DB's came up with three picks and once again Sims comes up with some magic just when we needed it to get another 6 on the board and drain the clock. This team has shown a lot of heart. Now we need to get some guys healthy for the big battle in the Iron Bowl.

After watching the game again...I answer my own question by shazaming the song after our safety.

Haftime- by Ying Yang Twins. Perfect song after that play.
