Exactly. It's not complicated. We should beat that team by multiple scores, but they outplayed us and won.
 
A simple holding call that cost us the game...It is what it is but congrats to Auburn...All I can say go all the way to the BCS. I was hoping to meet Florida State... But oh, well. It is Amazing how Auburn can win games a tip to a TD & Miss FG back for a TD! Things are just going there way...I think they can beat Mizzou. I hope they do because it will put us in the Sugar Bowl think about it...Auburn beats Mizzou they have 2 SEC loses & I think we should go to the Sugar Bowl....But we will see who will win...
 
Well it's ok to let some frustration out. We can't win em all. We're not going to always play 100%. Auburn did get a ton better over the season. They did it the right way and deserved it. They played like champions. Our guys did too all season but today Auburn was just better.
 
Just not our day. Hats off to Auburn for doing what they needed to do to win.

I'll be pulling for Mizzou tonight and next week. Assuming Mizzou wins this evening, I hope the Auburn-Mizzou winner will jump OSU and play for the NC.
 
Yes, I'm totally gobsmacked over the result but I don't want to hear any bad mouthing of any of the players, particularly Foster, as these guys have played their hearts out for us. They had a lousy game and they lost and all I can say is that I HATE THE BARN WITH A PURPLE PASSION.
 
Every time time we had a chance to put the game away, something happened. If they didn't make a play, then we didn't make the play. And if we did make a play--say a good FG--the officials took it away.

Bottom line, we played like crap for most of the game, and we deserved to lose.
 
Hard to blame coach for that last one - who can envision that? A lot of blame to go around, but overall we were just outplayed. I'm not sure that we were outschemed, but mental errors and an intense, focused opponent did us in.

But this sucks hard, y'all. No doubt about it.
 
All i want to know is if the Barn beats Mizzou, do they get a shot at the title? Can we keep it in the State of Alabama?
 
I won't blame the refs or luck on this one. We left points on the field and made a lot of mistakes. We need to take this and grow...maybe get a BCS at large berth?
