Forgive me I just don't have the time to keep up with this stuff as I once did, but did DeBoer not hire Hitschler? He was not a Coach Saban holdover that I recall.

We need better defensive minds. I think he did ok as the DB coach but schematic wise the d was just ok. Hard to tell if it was all due to change this year or what. Still expecting to see something happen with Roach although his recruiting ability may keep him on.
Far as OC I do agree Tommy did better last year with even a worse oline. But not sure many changes coming except maybe o line. CKD is main offensive mind so not too confident a change will happen but hope some shifting.
Edit: most have seen some of the worst game plans this year so almost any change should be a good sign. Although prefer most on offensive end.

DeBoer hired him. He was at Wisconsin last year. He had ties to the south though, having spent several years at South Alabama
edit: he also was on staff at South Alabama when Wommack was DC there.
Sheridan or someone else, with Milroe departing, how can we not see marked changes in the offense? QB will not be the only changes to personnel on offense.

Ive learned of new details... He didn't mesh well with the players... and didn't do great job of recuiting as well. There was lot going on this year. I all of suddenly understand why Chi was emotional this year. It make sense.

Changes in staff is all im talking about not on field if that is what you are talking about in bold.
Well clearly having someone on the staff that wasn't a friend was an issue...
I'm not against making changes, but some of the problems are his friends on the staff.
First Asst to leave in KDB is fired. There's something else new...no more helping them find a job elsewhere then announcing it as if they're leaving on their own
I am just going to trust that DeBoer has a plan and see how it plays out.

Well, Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. just posted that his coach was fired and said "thank you lord". I think that about sums it up.
I’m more satisfied that it shows Deboer is willing to make moves than I am about who was let go. I didn’t want this to be a Shula situation.
Hitschler didn't mesh well with coaches/players.
So this is your latest gripe with CKD since all your others have turned out to be incorrect?
I think CKD ran over his dog, or slept with his daughter.
He’s usually very analytical in his criticism, but this just feels personal.
