He makes me so mad everytime I listen to his idiot show. He gives the SEC zero respect and even talked down Bama today. He said that he would not even put Bama in the top 5. He said we have a mediocre QB, only played one good game all year and Georgia was not ready for the game. I have gotten where I turn off the radio between 10-12 everyday.

With that logic, USC hasn't played a good game yet and won't even have the chance until the NC game.

I'll at least give him credit that he backs up his argument by saying that he's not convinced we have enough playmakers on both sides of the ball; whether we agree with that or not. Too many other talking heads just spout off without any logic or backup.

When FInebaum was talking trash about Bama a few years ago, Earle gave us all a good piece of advice which I shall rehash for you......

Cowherd's show is mindless chatter. I don't think he remembers what he said two minutes prior. He's a dufus.

Ever watch his show when it's broadcast live on ESPN. He looks like he has to physically stop himself from spitting on the mic every other word. A major dufus.

I will start turning it off now. I will just listen to quiet for 2 hours till the "Round Table" comes on. I'm additicted to talk radio. I can't help it. Is there like a "AA" for sports junkies?

Well, he accomplished what he set out to do: he got you, and probably countless others, fired up and talking about him and his show. That has been the business model for sports radio personalities for years.

Or get Sirius radio. I quit listening to Terd and got Sirius and have never looked back. You can listen to what ever you want, Classical, HEAVY METAL, sports talk - w/out Terd, jammband music, country, ahhhh its all there. Terd isnt :biggrin:

Do you know Colin's biggest market?? The answer is LA Calf. Who resides there? USC lovers and SEC haters.

Look, Colin is a lot of things but stupid is not one of them. He is not out to give the news, he is out to entertain. He is a business man and all he cares about is ratings and not the truth.

Don't take it so personal. We know he is biased and an idiot but he is laughing all the way to the bank.

I can't stand that jerk. Listen to his show for five minutes, and you'll hear five hundred "I" and "me's". I predict his gimmicks will play out eventually and he'll be back to his regional audience.

I think Cowterd is a blowhard as well but he's well over 65% on his picks against the spread this year.
