BOL is reporting that he's taking an official there this weekend and is being worked hard by Quan Bray who is a current commit to the Barn and good friends w/ Lamichael. BOL also stated that Fanning has alot of school work to do in order to qualify. Shane also said that his family wants him closer to home. Clearly, his family has made all the right decisions for him so far :rolleyes:. Blah...

like another poster said on BOL, why is a barner commit always in the ears of a BAMA commit and not the other way around??

i.e Calloway when he "room with Jonathan Rose".

May have character issues. Quit his (latest) high school team rather than accept his coach's discipline.

Hmmm, surprised at this one. Didn't he grow up in Auburn or live there at some point (maybe high school)? One would think he would have known plenty about Auburn long before the final weekend.

He moved to Auburn last year, but moved back to Georgia after the season started.

The barn coaches will promise him anything in an attempt to "steal" another Bama commit. Hope he stays with Bama but that house of cards on the plains is gonna eventually come tumbling down and some kids will rue their decision to go there.
After what they said about Calloway they may be telling him they need him at QB to be the next Cam Newton.8>)

Could be he's goin to make sure CK doesn't get sucked in to the barn's BS! that is if CK goes to the barn, if not then i agree with ET, IMO, if he has academic issues we may be in full court press for JP

it's too bad he didn't get to see what the barners had to say about him on ITAT when he committed to us.

Mainly because we wouldn't touch the overwhelming majority of their commitments with a ten foot pole. And for good reason, too.
