FINALLY! From watching Bama Bball on a small black-and-white TV in the late 80s at 6 or 7 years old to getting to go to games and hear the crowd in the 90s to going hoarse every game in Mark’s Madness in the early 00s and everything since, I’ve been waiting on this night and didn’t know if it would ever come. Not afraid to admit, a few tears were shed. This program has deserved this for so long.

Pringle, especially at the line… Stevenson and just enough from everyone else until Sears could get cranked up. They laid it all on the line, and for it they’ll be remembered as THE TEAM in a company of many great teams.

I’ve been a Bama basketball fan since 1970 and CM Newton. I still remember the gutsy loss to an Indiana team that went undefeated to a national title. So…so..so close.

And so, so close many other times these many year in between. And like @CajunCrimson I never thought this day would come. And I will revel in every moment of it!!!
