I personally don't think we have a room of sore losers. I think the awards show was pretty much a joke. Suh was definitely the best lineman, but he wasn't the best defensive player in the nation. Heck even Cody shouldn't have been on that list. It's simply media hype and bias that pumped through guys all of those awards. I understand giving McCoy his due, but he wasn't the best QB in the nation this year... far from it. There were other QBs with better stats. However, once again it was all about the media's perception of him. I honestly think Leigh should have won the Groza, but I guess they went on kicking percentage (which was less than 2% off the other guy) because otherwise Tiffin had him beat in every category. Lastly, Berry won the Thorpe... *shaking head* this was the biggest bit of media bias. Berry is a great player and will make a great edition to any NFL team, but this season he did not play above a LOT of DBs in the country. His stats were subpar to the last couple of years he has played, but they felt like they needed to give it to him. Basically this awards show was a pity party for McCoy, Suh, and Berry. Not being a sore loser, just factual. Look at their stats, what they accomplished, against who they accomplished it, and I'll debate you all day with better players from the other 117.
