Question: Favorite Musburger line?

I watched the replay yesturday and when Trent got the ball on the first carry Musburger was like "o my goodness" or something like that lol.

It was, "Ohhh yeah!" I DID like hearing him say that . . .

You forgot Ron Franklin. He's not only better than ABC/ESPN's "first team" now, he's a genuinely nice guy (even if he did use to date my wife)...

Me too! I miss Keith Jackson...I grew up listening to him do college football in the 70's.

Just the way Keith Jackson said "AAAAALA-BAMMMA" following a big play gives me goosebumps.

Yeah I really miss Ron Franklin calling Alabama games too. I hate that ESPN demoted him and wish they would bring him back calling most SEC games. Anytime I flip past a game he is calling now it always brings back memories of those saturday night Bama games that he called during the 90's. Some great memories there.

There was actually one Herbstriet line that made me laugh. He was talking about how one of our recievers does a great job of catching the ball with his hands. My first thought was "where else would a receiver catch a ball?"

My favorite line from Musberger will be "I'm retiring."

I don't agree with that at all. He's a great announcer and he's always called it as he sees it. I think he's one of the best of all time.
Just my opinion, as you're entitled to yours.
