I don't see how you inferred that from my post. I'm simply pointing out how we can win the division if LSU loses.

Maybe I misunderstood your post, I read it as saying you thought the loss, with us winning 3/4 out of our conference games won't help us. Didn't mean to come off abrasive.

Who care what happens in the east? How does that effect/affect (can't remember the rule) the west?

All SEC games count in the standings even though they have two divisions.

We already have one loss in the SEC, while LSU is still undefeated. The scenario people are talking about seeing is LSU getting their 1st SEC loss tonight, which would basically cause a log-jam in the SEC West standings.

Because the loss will count as a conference loss and that helps us in the West. Not hard.

If conference record dictates who wins the divisions, and LSU is in our division, how could you possibly pull for them to win?

edit: actually, if Fla beats LSU, AU will be in the same boat as LSU and Bama, as well--all 1-loss teams as our loss vs FSU and Barns loss vs USF don't mean diddly.

after watching almost a half of this game, i think its kind of obvious we are no where near that level at this time. hopefully by next year, we will be. tebow is a tough guy to stop, and even lsu's tough defense is having a hard time stopping him... in fact, they havent.
