Unless Tomlin recommends McDermott because they are besties then I highly doubt he winds up at Pittsburgh.

Baltimore is really unknown who they will choose because they quite honestly fired a top 3 guy. So Buffalo and Baltimore are probably going to get downgrades of what they had simply because they want a scapegoat for the way their seasons ended.


Pittsburgh is usually a “hire a defensive minded guy in his 30’s or early 40’s that gets the Yinzer culture”. Shula and Minter are the ones that instantly stick out. But i hope to god that Flores isn’t a serious candidate. The wild card is McCarthy because of the age and previously being a HC. But he is a Pittsburgh guy.
