Hamas attacks Israel - Part 2

At this point, 100% of the fault for any hostage (really, or civilian) deaths should be heaped upon hamas. But of course, there are still those vocal people who somehow believe Israel should try to strive for peace with people who say their only reason to live is to kill Israelis...

So this happened here in Warner Robins...

7th grade social studies teacher has an Israeli flag in his classroom. A student says she found it offensive because of Israelis killing Palestinians.

Teacher threatens to kill student. As one does.

Mygoodness, the idea of being a "public servant" seems lost on lots of public servants.
How about let's focus on 7th grade social studies topics (whatever those are)?
7th graders are, by definition, minors. How about the adult in the room operate as, you know, the adult in the room?

My professional opinion is this. If any combatant who hides behind noncombatants automatically gets immunity for warlike acts, then all wars from here on will feature combatants using noncombatants as cover.
Being allowed to use civilians as cover undermines the protections international law accords to civilians and makes future wars even more dangerous for civilians.

Australia will send more troops to the Middle East in response to appeals from the United States for greater involvement. The government however remains tight-lipped on whether it will send a military ship to the Red Sea. Last week the US navy requested the deployment of an Australian warship to the region. Instead, additional ADF members will be stationed in Bahrain to serve in onshore capacities along US-led Combined Maritime Force. A new global task force is expected to be announced by US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin in response to the attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea.

(NEXSTAR) — Pizza Hut is facing backlash — and a potential boycott — after some photos shared on the Pizza Hut Israel Instagram account appeared to show the company providing free pizzas to Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) soldiers in the country. The post, a now-expired Instagram Story, was screenshot and shared across social media in the following days.

Since then, #BoycottPizzaHut has trended on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, and similar posts have cropped up on Instagram and TikTok. Pizza Hut joins the likes of McDonald’s and Starbucks — both companies faced backlash and boycotts last year for their perceived support of the Israeli government amid the country’s continued strikes in Gaza.
