Tuberville didn't quit. He was fired, and by the same man who's fired the others. The "Resigned" moniker is for appearances only. Buyouts and hush money are one and the same at Auburn.

Tommy Tuberville had no plans on leaving. That is true. It will be years before the Barn can correct the mistake. Fine by me. Auburn has always tried to be like Alabama but just never pulled it off. The meddling by Lowder and others will be seen on the field of play.
