The special election in North Carolina caused by GOP fraud happened today. Right now the Democrat has a narrow lead in a district Trump won easily.

The GOP won by ~2%. In 2016, Trump carried this district by ~12%.

I still think it's absurd that the GOP was even allowed a "do-over" after they were caught defrauding an election. But any way you slice it, a 10 point shift is not good news.

It's really an extension of the midterms, which the GOP was anxious to explain away. It doesn't bode well for Trump at all...
