I would have to think Mike Riley is the lesser of the three evils concerning Mike.

He can recruit, so he'll win 7 or 8 games a year at OSU, with an occasional down year or two. That's great for them. We're talking about a team that had won NOTHING for 20 years before he arrived the first time. Back in the eighties and early 90's Oregon/OSU rivaled KState/Kansas as one of the most futile rivalries in the country.

If you're in the mood for a totally unimportant aside: Riley may have changed wives in the last few years, but his wife used to be from Birmingham. I used to see her Dad, who lived on Southside, quite often. He kept me up to date on CMR and his daughter's moves in the earlier years of his coaching career. Like I say, he may have a different spouse by now.
