Put Mel in a room with Matt Austin and I’m not sure who would be more wrong about more things they constantly assert are right between them. It would be the classic example of “too close to call!”

He was incredible at times. But I will always remember him for that pitiful attempt at a tackle after he threw an interception. When anyone makes a mistake (which we all do) there should always be a concerted effort make up for your error.

Incredibly average in 2nd half of uga game and lswho is just awful on defense. Imagine what a good qb would do to them.

For the most part he hasn’t even had a chance to run a series with 1st string players and he’s still flashed some playmaking ability on the ground and in the air.

He hasn’t done anything wrong.

Yeah Roydell was playing his butt off trying to win that day.

I really wanted him to do well this year at FSU.

I think he sustained an injury this year in Sept that kept him out the rest of the way.

But he really earned my respect and I hope he gets another chance next year or maybe tries the NFL and catches on with a team.

But this is the thread most of us wanted to see.

I wish JM success. Maybe he finds some team that caters to his limited skills and it works. But comparing him to Jalen Hurts coming out for the draft, JH was miles ahead of him.
