Noel Devine To Visit?

I've been watching the video on this kid for a while now. What really impresses me is his ability to go from stop to full speed in a matter of 3 steps. He cuts on a dime, and never loses a step. Someone could have a perfect angle on him and he finds another gear. If he's in traffic, he baits them into a cut they can't make, but he knows he can. And the balance! Good Grief THE BALANCE! I will admit some of the players on those films need some tackling drills but a lot of that is ND. From what I hear, he's unbelievably strong, but doesn't work out much, if at all. Saw some freakish numbers on him with what he can lift. Unbelievable for a kid his size. Saw pictures of him somewhere and the kid is ripped. He'll be a WR/KR in College.

he did catch a few passes but he is more of a running back than an athlete like Joe McKnight. He did return a few punts in high school and his numbers there are not near as impressive. I think he will be more of a running back than an all around athlete....

I have to disagree with you there. It would be a crime against football fans everywhere if you lined this kid up anywhere other than RB. There's a reason his films are so amazing and that's because he has that rare combination of skills that nearly all great backs possess. The vision, quickness, elusiveness, balance, and patience of a great back are all there in this young man not to mention the terrific speed and cutting ability. He would be a game breaker at RB IMHO.

I'd take that a step further and say he's got once in a lifetime type cutting ability...you just won't see anyone with that natural ability. No question he'll be an on the field star if he stays stable off the field.

Devine isnt' coming this weekend. Will likely be on the 2nd or mid-week. SAT test is this Saturday so he's taking it and heading to FSU.
