The bar is still in BR, and if the owner of the bar wants to make any money in the future, it is easier to get new bouncers regardless of who was at fault, than to back them up, file charges against RP (assuming, for the sake of argument that RP was at fault for the altercation).
The bouncers moving on doesn't really indicate much.

They have to have the building cleared by curfew or they are subject to losing their liquor license. Lose the license and there is no need for any bouncers.

I seriously doubt it. Now that Flynn is healthy again they don't need Perrilloux for option plays anymore IMHO.

Was on the ESPN ticker a few hours ago.

I'm not saying they're going to play (in fact, I'd be surprised if they do), but nowhere in that article does it say they won't. What Miles actually said was "We will prepare to play without these guys." A few carefully chosen words make a big difference.

When in doubt, play the race card...If it doesn't get you out of the situation, it sets up a nice civil suit somewhere down the road...

Playing the race card is similar to the mayor of Gotham shining the Batman spotlight: Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton will be on the scene shortly.

Perrilloux is playing the race card. His lawyer says he was the victim and Perrilloux was beaten up by the bouncers for no reason. As off yesterday his status for the game remains up in the air. In the first article CLM says he may have been at fault since the team had no curfew that night. Reportedly after practice today CLM will announce his plans for Perrilloux. lol

How a large portion, maybe as large as two dozen players on LSU's team are involved in a bar fight that spills out into the parking lot and no one is arrested is beyond me. I would call that some very good containment.

LSU Notes: Perrilloux held out of practice again

LSU backup quarterback Ryan Perrilloux was held out of his second day of practice on Tuesday as LSU coach Les Miles tries to sort out what role Perrilloux had in a barroom brawl at the Varsity music club near campus last Thursday night.

Perrilloux's attorney, Nathan Fisher, now has video proof in addition to an eyewitness account that Perrilloux was jumped by bouncers at the Varsity and was not the aggressor. Baton Rouge Police have said in a report, however, that Perrilloux was "the most confrontational" of the 20 or so men involved in the fight.

Despite the best efforts of Coach Les Miles and other athletic department officials to contain the incident, it remains an enormous distraction on the eve of the Tigers' Southeastern game against Alabama on Saturday. The incident has drawn considerable attention leading up to the anticipated matchup between Miles and former LSU coach Nick Saban.

With No. 3 LSU (7-1, 4-1) and No. 17 Alabama (6-2, 4-1) perched atop the SEC's West Division standings, the winner will hold the upper hand in the race to the conference championship game at the Georgia Dome on Dec. 1 in Atlanta.

FWIW, a radio station in BR is saying RP has been cleared of wrongdoing in this 'incident'. There are a few lsu fans who think RP is getting away with something he shouldn't. DO and JB are taking the hit. Guess they use big brooms in BR.
