Odom to be Charged, Perrilloux Cleared

Re: Perriloux, Odom out for LSU!!!

This is about what we expected. Perrilloux has just been in the wrong place hanging with the wrong people in all three of his incidents and only was arrested once--for trying to get into a bar with his brother's ID.

Again. BTW, was that the same id he tried to use to get into the casino and is still facing charges on as well?

I'd rather have a 100% Glen Dorsey, but thanks to dirty play from Auburn, that's not going to happen.

I think Dorsey being less than 100% will have a huge impact on this game, I'm surprised it isn't getting more attention. How effective he'll be, and if needed how his back up plays, will help decide the outcome. What ya'll think?

LSU63, They have injections for that. He will be 100%.

Most of the time if you are at the wrong place at the wrong time several times you are in the wrong. I know people that know RP and he is a thug. It is sad to see this to say the least. I was hoping LM had more discipline. He has said RP was gonna be given one more chance and it looks like LM and I have different ideas of what one more chance is.
I agree. Where there's smoke there's fire. RP needs to get his priorities in order...........or he might not make next year.

I'd rather have a 100% Glen Dorsey, but thanks to dirty play from Auburn, that's not going to happen.

Against Auburn he was having the chronic left hamstring problem well before he got chop blocked on the right knee.

I swear they should charge team timeouts for players laying around with leg cramps. Certainly, a premier player like Dorsey is playing hard, and going all-out during the play; however he can't be properly conditioned if the muscles in his legs seize with cramps in the second and third quarters.

Of course, he may just be pulling the ole' "Bert Jones" fake "there's something wrong with my arm" (leg).

Not that anyone needs to be channeling Bert Jones this week. ;)

Well, its gonna be tough on Bama either way. Lsu's defense is just good, but with Dorsey they are very good. I'd heard that he was around 75% as of yesterday, not sure if Miles may be holding back a bit on that or not.
IMO, I expect Dorsey to play if he's anywhere close to 100% by Sat, even if not every snap. He's definitely a fun player to watch on that defense, and seems like a class guy, so I would like to see him play.
He'll be going up against Britt on the Oline, so it will be interesting to see how that match-up goes, and how effective he might be for lsu.

I think Dorsey at 75% matches up with Britt well. Britt has never impressed me or beat LSU in his career. Bama will still have to double up on him leaving an open spot to cover with a back. I think you will see more blitzing than we have done lately. We have to. JPW is too accurate with time. He's also easy to rattle if you bring LaRon Landry. Oh yea.... we don't have him anymore. Dang it!

Good riddance to Odom. Never played a down. Perrilloux is another story. We need him. Thats the difference between the two. He wasn't arrested for anything. He didn't even get a ticket. BRPD officers probably got some for this weekend. LOL!!!!!

Hey Florida guy gets arrested on Monday and plays on Sat against LSU and nobody says nothing. He was the star DB. Our backup QB gets in a fight (gets whupped too) and all heck breaks loose. Go figure.

Acording to Coach Miles Ryan Perrilloux will NOT play saturday.

LSU's Odom charged, while Perrilloux barred from practice

Quote from ESPN
" Odom and backup quarterback Ryan Perrilloux, who was also in the fight, were barred from practice this week. Perrilloux, meanwhile, will remain on the team but will not play Saturday, when No. 3 LSU faces No. 17 Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Miles said.

He said that decision was made because Perrilloux has missed the "lion's share" of practice this week.

Perrilloux was not charged in the brawl."
