Don't know, but it's happening to me as well.

I did notice that if I depress the scroll wheel on my mouse, it brings up little directional arrows, and I can then move the entire screen around by dragging the mouse. It's a bit of a pain, but at least I can access the whole page.

My won't allow me to do that. I've never used the TAB button this much in my life.:eek2:

At least it gets me to where I need to go.
