I have ask - by what measure, objectively? Because they beat Bama this year and are in the CFP invitational?

I listed above how Bama has won three of the last five SECCGs, has beaten UGA, etc - things tennessee hasn't done.

So outside of beating Bama this year on the field (by one score), how on earth is tennessee 'ahead'?

I'm open-minded, but it's gonna take more than one win to surpass Bama. Unless you think Vandy has also surpassed Alabama...
