Is there some reason Glenn Harbin can't wear a uniform? Does it count against some number or other for him to dress out?

It looks like he is not on the 35 man roster, I beleive only the guys on the 35 man roster are allowed to wear a uniform and be in dugout. Not positive on the Dugout part.

Thanks, I did not know the rule for baseball. I went to an NAIA school and we could stack them up like chordwood there.
