He's everything people pinned on all our quarterbacks before Tua. He's a quality college quarterback who likes throwing outside the hashes and avoiding risks.

Bazza, I have to agree. Trask must have looked terrible in practice for Franks to get the nod.

TW:

There was some discussion that Mullen was afraid Franks would transfer if he didn't get the starting QB job - but he knew Trask wouldn't. If that is true - I'm even more disillusioned.....as well as disappointed.

Probably some truth to what you said about how they looked in practice but on the flip side....why the heck keep him as starter if he stunk so bad in real game time? I mean - that's more important than how a player looks in practice.

Makes you wonder......

It will be interesting to see how LSU v Texas AM defenses play against each other. I am just trying to guess how the UGA v LSU game will go with LSU's defense being suspect.

Just got in and turned on this game. Looks like TAMU has picked up some momentum, stopped UGA at midfield. Still plenty of time for both teams to pull this out.
